Yes — talk to your account lead. Moving from Starter to Growth (or the reverse) is a scope conversation, not a cancellation; your original minimum term carries over to the new tier.
Retainers run a 3-month minimum, then continue monthly with 30 days' written notice — we don't refund months already delivered. Audits can be cancelled for a full refund before we start work; once started, you're billed for the work completed. Full detail on the Cancellation & Refunds page.
No — the price you add to cart is the price on your invoice, for the scope agreed. If your situation turns out to need a different tier (a larger site than the variant you picked, for example), we'll tell you before any extra work starts, not after.
