How we work
Five steps, the same for every discipline.
Every engagement — audit, retainer, or consulting block — runs through the same method. It's the diagram from the homepage, in full.

Audit
We start by finding out what's actually true about your site — technical health, current rankings, content gaps, backlink profile. This is the same work sold standalone as the Starter or Full Audit; on a retainer, it's step one, not a separate purchase.
Strategy
We turn the audit into a prioritised plan: what to fix first, what to build, what to leave alone. You see the plan before we start acting on it — no surprise scope creep.
Execution
We do the work — technical fixes, content briefs or drafts, outreach, profile optimisation — scoped to your package or retainer, and to your CMS/platform where implementation is involved.
Reporting
Monthly, against a fixed framework — rankings, organic traffic, conversions, technical health. You get a written summary and a call, not a black-box PDF.
Iterate
SEO doesn't stand still — search results, your site, and your competitors all keep changing. We revisit the plan every cycle, not once a year.

What month 1, 3, 6 look like
Audit findings are confirmed, priority fixes are underway, and your first reporting call happens. This is the month where the biggest, most obvious issues get resolved.
The minimum-term checkpoint. You've seen at least two full reporting cycles, the foundational work (technical, on-page, or local, depending on your package) is largely in place, and — for Growth/Scale tiers — content and link-building work is running alongside it.
Enough reporting cycles have passed to see a real trend, not a single data point. This is typically when compounding work — content, links, local reviews — starts to show clearly against the illustrative patterns on our Results page.
Frequently asked questions
Tell your account lead — a pause doesn't cancel your minimum term, it just moves the clock. We'd rather pause honestly than bill for work that isn't happening.
A written monthly summary plus a call, against the fixed framework named on our Results page — rankings, organic traffic, conversions, technical health. Not a generic template PDF.
Google Search Console and Analytics as the source of truth, plus crawl and Core Web Vitals tooling named specifically in your report.
Both — you keep (or get invited to) your own Search Console and Analytics properties; our reporting sits on top of your data, not instead of it.
We say so. A clean audit is a real, useful outcome — you're not billed for manufactured findings.
