Cancellation & Refunds

1. Who this applies to

Our services are offered on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only, to customers acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity (§ 14 BGB). Because these are not consumer contracts, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under § 312g in conjunction with § 355 BGB does not apply. Instead, we grant the cancellation and refund terms below as part of our Terms of Service. If, exceptionally, you are ordering as a consumer, contact us before ordering — statutory consumer rights apply in that case as required by law.

2. Audits (Starter SEO Audit, Full SEO Audit)

Audits are one-off, fixed-price deliverables. You may cancel an ordered audit, free of charge and for a full refund, at any time before we begin work on it. Once work has started — for example, once we’ve begun the technical crawl, index review or content audit — you’ll be billed for the proportion of work genuinely completed at the time of cancellation, and any balance already paid beyond that amount is refunded.

3. Retainer packages (SEO Starter, SEO Growth, SEO Scale)

Retainer packages run for a minimum term of 3 months from the start of the engagement. After the minimum term, either party may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice (an email to support@seogoldpro.com is sufficient). We don’t refund fees for months already delivered, including the current notice period, since the corresponding work is carried out during that time. If you wish to cancel during the initial 3-month minimum term, the remaining months of that minimum term stay payable, as agreed at the start of the engagement.

4. Consulting Block

A Consulting Block is a prepaid block of senior consulting hours (5, 10 or 20 hours). You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your first session is scheduled. Once a session has taken place, the hours used in it are non-refundable; any remaining, unused hours in the block can still be cancelled for a refund on request. Unused prepaid hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; hours not used within that period lapse and are not refunded.

5. How to cancel

To cancel any order, contact us at support@seogoldpro.com or +49 176 21463751 with your order reference. We confirm your cancellation and the applicable refund (if any) in writing within 1 business day.

6. Refund method and timing

Where a refund is due, we return the amount to the original payment/bank account used for the order, normally within 14 business days of confirming the cancellation.
